Our SMS partner, Bandwidth has informed all their partners and customers "that the Toll-Free Industry verifier is currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of verification requests. Current verification applications may take between 3-4 weeks to return approval status. Bandwidth is working with this industry aggregator to process requests as quickly as possible."
Please note, we are working hard with Bandwidth to process all our ClubReady Connect customer's SMS numbers as quickly as possible. We will notify you as soon as your SMS number has been approved.
Effective April 1, 2023, the industry's toll-free aggregator is implementing new limits to messaging traffic for restricted and pending toll-free numbers. Messaging that exceeds a limit will return Error Code 795/4795: tfn-not-verified.
- Daily Limit: 500 messages per day (resets at 12:00 am PT daily)
- Weekly Limit: 1,000 messages per week (resets Sunday 12:00 am PT)
- Monthly Limit: 2,000 messages per month (Month refers specifically to a calendar month)
All messages, regardless of being successful or not, will count toward the daily, weekly, and monthly volumes.
For example, if a customer sends 25k messages on the first of the month, the first 500 messages will be allowed to send, and the remaining 24,500 messages will be blocked. All 25k messages will count toward the weekly and monthly totals.

New traffic limits for restricted and pending toll-free numbers
Also beginning October 1, verification is required for all Toll-Free numbers when sending traffic to Canada. Unverified traffic destined to Canadian TNs will be blocked - the limits mentioned above only apply to traffic destined to U.S. TNs. Once a TFN is in a pending state, these blocks no longer apply.
