This article will guide you through adding attachments.
Adding Attachments on the Campaigns page is identical to the Conversations page.
Select the paperclip icon > Select the file you wish to attach
If the file is attached successfully, the file name will appear next to paperclip
If the file attachment has failed, an error message will appear in the top right corner.
HELPFUL TIPS:
- Any files you wish to attach must be downloaded to your computer or mobile device.
- An attachment may fail if the file size is larger than 500kb (½ mb) or if the file format is not supported.
- Types of attachments you can include in your messaging: images, videos and gifs.
