In the event that you are having unsuccessful messages reach to your customers or avoid spam failure, try the following:
Be Specific. Draw the attention of the recipient by keeping the content specific. They will most likely receive a lot of sales campaigns; how can you make yours stand out?!
Engage Personally. Greet your client in a way that makes them feel that the email is uniquely for them. One great way to do this is to use their first name with the tag [firstname]. Try to make it conversational.
Get to the point quickly. Most recipients will scan through their text while working, or being busy. Be very direct and simplified with your material.
Always get permission. Prior to sending messages, make sure to include "Reply STOP to opt out of messaging" at the end of all marketing messages and periodically to other outreach.
Avoid a "marketing" number. Texts messages that may appear "salesy" will be dismissed. Try to make your number relatable.
Send yourself a text example. When receiving your message, does it seem to long? Does it sound like a 'spam' message? Think if you would reply to it.
Frequency. Are you sending your campaigns every day or every other day?
Call for action. If you are wondering why you are having a low response rate, the message might not require for them to respond or there is nothing to respond to.
Using URLs. We highly suggest to not include a link on your first message since the carrier will not initially recognize the phone. Make sure you ask first if they are interested and then proceed to send any necessary links.
