ClubReady Connect transmits leads from ClubReady via a unique phone number or email, therefore leads in ClubReady have to have a unique phone number and email just for themselves. When they share the same number with another lead, ClubReady Connect will tie in one lead with that phone number.
1. Search in ClubReady by phone number to view if there are multiple accounts tied to it.
2. If there are multiple users tied with a number, to fix this, each user needs to have a different contact number. Once ClubReady Connect updates (every half hour after an update is done in ClubReady - during business hours 8am-8pm PST) you should be able to see the previously missing profile in ClubReady Connect.
