This article will guide you through the steps on how to start a new Conversation with a user.
1. Conversations Tab
Navigate to Conversations > New. Use the search tool to type the user's name or phone number.
- NOTE: The site only allows to do a phone number search by using numeric values. If adding other characters (such as a dash), the system will not recognize it.
Select from the populated list the correct account and proceed to manually type your message or Respond with Template.
2. Clients & Prospects Tab
Navigate to Clients & Prospects > locate user > select chat box icon within the individual’s row, on the right hand side.
A popup will appear with conversation history. Proceed to manually type your message or Respond with Template.
