This video and article will guide you through the steps on how to send a Campaign when using the ClubReady Connect Integration.
Campaigns allow for you to send a message to a group of recipients (prospects and/or members). Similar to the Conversations page, you are able to send a campaign immediately or schedule it to be delivered at a later date/time.
Navigate to Connect > Campaigns.
Create your campaign by generating a name for the campaign and selecting a master template from the dropdown to use for your message or leave this field blank to craft a non-template message.
Next, Select Recipients by clicking the drop down option or the "3 bars" to filter by Prospect/Member types.
Proceed to the message, where you can edit your template by changing the wording, selecting the paper clip icon for attachments and the smiley face icon for emojis.
To send immediately, select “Send” after all of the required fields have been generated.
To schedule for later, select the clock icon > choose date and time > OK > “Schedule”
- The scheduled message will display in the conversation history with the scheduled date & time
- It will also populate in Upcoming Messages.
NOTE: If a required field is incomplete, the field’s border will turn red**
