This video and article will guide you through the steps on how to send a Conversation when using the ClubReady Connect Integration.
Navigate to Connect > Conversations.
The Conversations page will display to the left a list of Conversations. You can select from this list or do a search by name or phone number.
Once a user has been selected, use the chat box where it says “Write your message” to manually enter a message, or use the “Respond with Template” button to select a conversation template.
Click the paper clip icon to include attachments and the smiley face icon to add emojis.
NOTE: Conversation templates must already be generated in the Manage Templates tab for them to populate as an option on this page.
