This article will guide you through locating client's responses when using the ClubReady Connect integration.
PLEASE NOTE: The ClubReady Unread Incoming SMS Widget is not integrated with ClubReady Connect.
1. How do I know I have unread incoming SMS?
When logged into your ClubReady site, the Connect tab will display a red circle with a number. This will indicate if you have unread messages from a lead or a member.
2. Viewing Messages
Select the Connect tab > Conversations to proceed and view your messages.
