A new feature in ClubReady Connect allows admin users to merge duplicate customers. When two client profiles have matching phone numbers, an icon will be available allowing an admin to resolve the duplicate.
Upon clicking, the duplicate information will appear, allowing the user to choose which profile to keep. Information from the profile that is not selected will be merged into the selected profile.
Duplicates can also be resolved by selecting “Merge Customer Profiles” in the menu pane on the left side of the page and searching for a member ID. Any known duplicates will be available to resolve.
Note: This feature was created as a temporary solution for duplicate clients that have been merged in ClubReady. Currently, the merged profiles do not sync to Connect. Any duplicates that are resolved in Connect only apply to Connect.
