This article will guide you through understanding how Types & Values work within Connect.
When sending a Conversation and/or Campaign, you are able to filter your user list by a specific Type & Value. These are based on Lead Types and Status in ClubReady (Prospect maps to either Lead or Prospect in ClubReady depending on whether the club is a membership type or a service type. Client maps to either Member or Customer depending on whether the club is a membership type or service type).
Prospect = Leads in ClubReady
Client = Active members in ClubReady
- Inactive Clients will display as Paused, Suspended and/or Cancelled.
Opportunity = This option will no longer be available.
Lead = This option will no longer be available.
Customer = This option will no longer be available.
Member = This option will no longer be available.
