This article will walk you through the steps on how to delete a campaign scheduled to go out at a later date and time.
NOTES:
- If a campaign is deleted mid-way while it is being sent, the remaining messages that are still unsent will also get stopped if they have not been sent to Twilio/Bandwidth and are still in ClubReady's queue.
- Once they get sent to Twilio/Bandwidth and are in their queues, ClubReady cannot stop them.
- At this time, you cannot reschedule a future campaign for a different date. You can only delete the scheduled campaign and use the template to recreate another one for the new date/time.
There are different pathways you can take to delete a scheduled campaign.
1. Campaign Creator Page
Navigate to Campaigns > Upcoming Campaigns > click the "folder icon".
A pop up message will display to confirm if you want to proceed. Click Yes, Delete.
2. Class Calendar Page
Navigate to Calendar > search for the date the campaign is scheduled for > click on the event.
Click Delete Campaign to proceed.
3. Conversations Page
Navigate to Conversations > "3 dots" > Upcoming Messages.
Select the checkbox next to the individual user or the top checkbox to select all. Click the "trash can icon" to delete.
