This template can be used when manually scheduling a Stretch service booking reminder/follow-up OR setting these up to automatically deliver to clients or prospects who booked for a Stretch.
Select Manage Locations > “...” for specific location > Manage Templates.
Select “+” next to search bar
Generate template name, select “active” or “inactive”, and then select Service Booking Reminder & Follow Up from the dropdown.
NOTE: Select Default drop down allows for you to set these reminders as automated to either your Prospects or Clients.
- Reminder Messages can be sent days or hours before the appointment time.
- Select the number of days or hours before the appointment that you would like the reminder to be delivered
- Generate your message in the message detail field and utilize the tags if needed
- Use “Add Reminder” if you would like to generate additional reminder messages for this template
- Use the trash can icon (under add reminder) to remove any reminder messages
- Follow Up Messages can be sent days or hours after the appointment time.
- Select the number of days or hours after the appointment that you would like the follow-up to be delivered
- Generate your message in the message detail field and utilize the tags if needed
- Use “Add Follow Up” if you would like to generate additional follow-up messages for this template
- Use the trash can icon (under add follow up) to remove any follow-up messages
NOTE: if you do not want any follow-up messages for this template, leave this field blank.
- No Show Messages can be sent days or hours after the appointment time
- Select the number of days or hours after the appointment that you would like the no-show to be delivered
- Generate your message in the message detail field and utilize the tags if needed
NOTES:
- If you do not want any no show messages for this template, leave this field blank.
- You must mark the attendance as not attended in order for this message to be delivered, instead of the follow-up message.
