This article will guide you through recommended steps to verify why an automated reminder is not firing.
1. Default setting is turned ON
Navigate to your master list (Manage Locations > 3 dots next to the studio > Manage Templates). A flag and who the template is defaulting to will show up next to the template name. This is the indicator that the messages are automatically generating and being sent out.
2. Client is OPTED IN
Navigate to Clients & Prospects > search for the specific user not receiving the reminder > click the gear icon.
Verify the toggle is ON to receive Non-promotional (Reminders, Waitlist, and Single Messages).
