This article will guide you through understanding Opt Ins in Connect.
Automatically Opt In
If the prospect/client auto-opted out (for example by texting "Stop") then they can text "Start" to receive messages again.
Manual Opt In
If the prospect/client was manually opted out by a staff in the system, the studio will need to manually opt the individual back in.
Navigate to Clients & Prospects > use the search bar to find the individual > select the gear icon to the right of their name. Click Update to save your changes.
Enable the toggles to the messages they want to receive. Click Update to save your changes.
