This article will guide you through the steps on how to manually opt out a user to stop receiving future messages.
If the prospect/client was manually opted out by a staff in the system, the studio will need to manually opt the individual back in.
Navigate to Clients & Prospects > use the search bar to find the individual > select the gear icon to the right of their name. Click Update to save your changes.
Enable the toggles to the messages they want to receive. Click Update to save your changes.
