This article will guide you through understanding the Location Usage Report widget.
1. Add or Remove the Widget
Navigate to Dashboard > Manage Widgets > select the toggle next to Location Usage Report.
2. Understanding the Widget
This widget will allow you to keep track of your location(s) messaging month by month.
Location - This will display the studio name.
Plan Name - This will display the current Connect messaging plan the studio has.
Sent / Schedule / Remaining - This will display the number of messages sent, scheduled and remaining before reaching your limit, and any overages.
Additional Usage - This will display any messages sent past the limit amount.
Additional Cost - This will display any cost for exceeding the studio's plan limit.
Arrow - This option will allow you to refresh the widget.
3 dots - Select View All to expand the information and export. Select Remove Widget to no longer have it on your dashboard.
You can also click on a specific location name to view more details. While the data defaults to the current month, the view can be expanded to view details for previous months. Filters can be used to show usage statistics for time ranges and different types of messages.
