This article will provide some insight regarding when a message can be sent outside of Connect SMS hours.
Connect SMS Hours:
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) restricts marketing messages to only being sent from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m, based by the location's time zone. If a message is sent by the club outside of this time frame, it will not be received by the client until 8:00 a.m.
Exemptions:
1. A club's message will be received by the client outside of SMS hours if the message is in response to a client's message also sent outside of SMS hours.
2. If the club checks the box labeled, "I acknowledge that this is a Non-Marketing message" when sending the message, (this box will only appear outside of TCPA hours) the message will be received by the client.
a. The checkbox appears when it is outside of quite hours on the Conversations, Campaigns page & within Work It.
b. Reminder/Follow Up/Waitlist templates have this box as an option to check when creating the template. If checked on the template, these messages will go out if configured for outside of quiet hours
