This article provides an overview of the Response Rate Widget and explains how to interpret its data. The Response Rate graph and metrics display information about incoming and outgoing messages across your account, helping you understand overall communication performance.
The widget shows the number of outgoing messages, the number of incoming messages, and your overall response rate as a percentage. By default, the data reflects activity from all locations over the past week.
NOTE: A response rate between 30–50% typically indicates effective communication. If your response rate falls below 30%, consider reviewing who you are communicating with and how messages are being sent to identify areas for improvement.
You can adjust the data shown by using the Apply Filter dropdown to select a week, month, or year timeframe. If you operate or are assigned to multiple locations, you can also use the Select Location dropdown to view data for a specific location.
