This article will guide you through understanding the Response Rate Widget.
The Response Rate graph and metrics show information regarding incoming/outgoing messages within your account.
Graph and metrics will reflect #of outgoing messages, #of incoming messages, and a percentage of your response rate. The default view will show the metrics for all locations within the past week
NOTE: Anything between 30-50% usually means your communication is effective. If it is ever below 30%, you may want to look at who & how you are communicating with your clientele to make a change.
Use the “Apply Filter” drop down to specify a week/month/year time frame
Select Location from the drop down (if operating or assigned to multiple locations)
