This article will guide you through suggested steps when sending a Campaign and wanting to select ALL users.
Navigate to your Campaigns page > choose the drop down for Select Recipients. Click the checkbox for Select All.
This action will automatically pull all your users (both prospects and members). You can view their names on the drop down field and a count of how many users were selected.
Is there an alternative way to manage who is selected as recipients?
Navigate to the Client & Prospects page > click top left check mark to select all users in the list > Send Campaign.
Once you are in the Campaign Creator page, it will automatically pull the list of users.
