Q: What happens when a customer replies HELP?
A: They will receive a text response that reads: Please visit our website for help.
Q: Why are you doing this?
A: An initial opt-out message is required by law and must be made for Twilio to continue to send your messages out.
Q: If I have a Day 0 automation to send a welcome text, which will come first?
A: The Day 0 automation and this opt-out message will both get sent when the new lead is added to CR. One might come before the other due to traffic routing.
Q: Am I charged for this?
A: Yes, this message is required by law and is deducted from your message count.
Q: Why can't we customize our own message?
A: We are currently working on enhancements that will allow you to customize this message. The current message is a measure taken to prevent any interruption of your ability to send text messages.
