This article explains how to manually opt a prospect or client in of receiving future messages.
If an individual is manually opted out by staff within the system, the studio will also need to manually opt the individual back in if messaging should resume.
To update a user’s opt-in status, navigate to Clients & Prospects, use the search bar to locate the individual, then select the gear icon to the right of their name.
Make the necessary changes and click Update to save.
