This article will guide you through enabling Automated First Response. This message is sent once when a customer contacts your club for the first time.
Navigate to Connect > Autoreplies > First response.
Start by selecting which Locations you want to enable this setting for. If you have not enabled a location, it will indicate Not Set next to it.
Proceed to type the Auto Response. This is your auto-replies to incoming messages after business hours. Click Save in the top right corner to update.
The location will initially show as Disabled. Select the toggle Enable automated first response to enable the setting.
When using the toggle, it will update the setting for that specific location.
The Copy settings option will allow you to copy auto-response to a different location.
Select from the list and click Apply once done.
