This article will guide you through the steps on how to access and understanding the Responses Log. This option is visible for staff with an Owner role.
Navigate to Autoreplies > Responses Log.
You can do a search by Customer Name or Phone Number as well as Filter by Date Range or Club.
The following report will populate:
Date - This will display the date of the response.
Time - This will display the time stamp for the response.
Type - This will display the message type (Auto response, First response, After hour response, Keyword response).
Customer Name - This will display the user's first and last name.
Message Preview - This will display a snippet of the text message.
Status - This will display the message status (Processing, Delivered or Failed)
Location - This will display the studio's name.
Phone Number - This will display the user's phone number.
Click Download Report to view the log in a CSV file.
