Why Can’t I Edit Client/Prospect or Location Information in Connect?
To improve data accuracy and ensure alignment across systems, the ability to edit client/prospect and managed location information directly within the Connect portal has been intentionally restricted.
Previously, users were able to make direct updates in Connect. However, this created a risk of data mismatches between Connect and ClubReady, the source system of record. To maintain data integrity and protect studios from unauthorized or unintended changes, edits must now be made exclusively through ClubReady. What You Will See in Connect
You may still see the edit pencil icon next to the user within Connect. However, this icon will be greyed out and will not be clickable. This visual cue is in place to indicate that the information is view-only within Connect and must be updated in ClubReady.
