Turning on browser notifications helps you receive real-time updates. By enabling browser alerts, you'll be promptly informed when your clients need your attention. You can also activate sound notifications to let you and your team know when there are new unread SMS messages in ClubReady Connect.
Steps by Browser:
- Google Chrome / Brave: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Notifications and select "Sites can ask to send notifications".
- Microsoft Edge: Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Notifications.
- Safari (Mac): Go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications.
- Firefox: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Permissions > Notifications (click "Settings" next to it).
Key Tips:
- Allow Specific Sites: Under "Allowed to send notifications," click "Add" to manually allow a website.
- Fix Blocked Alerts: If notifications are blocked, find the site under "Not allowed" and change it to "Allow".
- System Settings: Ensure your operating system (Windows or macOS) allows notifications for your browser in system settings.
- Quitter Messaging: Enable "Use quieter messaging" in Chrome to stop pop-up prompts from interrupting you.
