This article explains how to use the Hot Label and Hot Folder to manage conversations more efficiently.
The Hot Label and Hot Folder are designed to help you quickly identify and follow up on important conversations. Applying the Hot Label allows you to flag conversations that require attention, making it easier to return to them at a later time and maintain timely communication with your clientele.
To mark a conversation as Hot, select a conversation from the list and click the flame icon. All conversations labeled as Hot can be viewed by selecting the Hot folder located at the top of the Conversations page.
To remove the Hot label, select the flame icon again and select ok on the confirmation window.
