This article explains how to add attachments when sending messages. Adding attachments on the Campaigns page works the same way as it does on the Conversations page.
To include an attachment, select the paperclip icon and choose the file you want to attach, or drag and drop the file directly into the message area. If the file is added successfully, the file name will appear next to the paperclip icon. If the attachment fails, an error message will display in the top-right corner of the screen.
Helpful Tips:
Files must be downloaded and saved to your computer or mobile device before attaching.
Attachments may fail if the file size exceeds 500 KB (½ MB) or if the file format is not supported.
Supported attachment types include images, videos, and GIFs.
