This article and accompanying video explain how to send a campaign using the ClubReady Connect integration. Campaigns allow you to send messages to a group of recipients, including prospects and/or members. Similar to the Conversations page, campaigns can be sent immediately or scheduled for delivery at a later date and time.
To get started, navigate to Connect > Campaigns.
Create your campaign by entering a campaign name and selecting a template from the dropdown, or leave this field blank to create a custom message.
Recipients can be selected by using the select recipients dropdown or by clicking the three-bar icon to filter by prospect or member types. Once recipients are selected, proceed to the message editor, where you can modify the message content, add attachments using the paperclip icon, or include emojis using the smiley face icon.
After all required fields are completed, select Send to deliver the campaign immediately. To schedule the campaign for a later time, select the clock icon, choose the desired date and time, and then select Schedule.
Scheduled messages will appear in the conversation history with the scheduled delivery date and time and will also populate under Upcoming Messages.
NOTE: If any required field is incomplete, the field’s border will display in red, indicating that additional information is needed before sending.
