Campaign metrics can be used to analyze a previous campaign. The information it provides can help you pinpoint the best days and times to message. This can also determine if the message verbiage should be altered to elicit a better response rate from your audience.
Navigate to Campaigns > select location. The Previous Campaigns screen will appear to the right of the screen.
Select grey rewinding clock icon in the bottom right corner of previous campaign.
Your campaign metrics will populate in a new window.
- Recipients Selected: The number of recipients selected to receive the campaign message.
- Opt-Outs: The number of contacts excluded from messaging due to having fully opted out of communications. Message cannot be sent to these contacts.
- Sent: The total number of messages successfully delivered after excluding contacts who could not receive messages due to consent restrictions or invalid phone number.
- Invalid or Failed: The number of recipients that campaign failed to reach.
- Responses: The number of recipients that responded to your campaign message.
Quiet Hours Override and Opt-In Consent refers to the staff member who acknowledged and selected the box at the time of sending the campaign.
