Message usage can be viewed from both the Conversations page and the Campaigns page. These areas provide insight into how many messages have been sent, scheduled, and remaining within your monthly plan.
The usage details include the following metrics:
Monthly Plan: The total number of messages available to use each month
Sent: The number of messages that have already been sent
Scheduled: The number of messages scheduled to be sent at a future date
Remaining Limit: The number of messages still available within the current month
Overage: The number of messages sent beyond the monthly plan limit
Estimated Cost: Any additional charges incurred beyond the monthly payment

The monthly message limit includes:
Automated templates (including waitlist notifications and 24-hour reminders)
All SMS messages sent through Connect, including 4-digit PIN code messages
