Call Forwarding is setup during your onboarding/provisioning account process. The studio will select if wanting to have Call Forwarding on their contract or not.
PLEASE NOTE: To update your Call Forwarding phone number, please contact ClubReady Support.
To confirm your Call Forwarding settings, navigate to Manage Locations > click on the location.
Forward Calls To The Club
In the same section, you will locate the Forwarding Incoming Calls To section where the club's phone number is setup to allow call forwarding from ClubReady Connect.
