This article will guide you through understanding Opt-ins in Connect.
Automatically Opt-in
If the Prospect/Client auto-opted out (for example by texting "Stop") then they can automatically opt back in by texting "Start" to receive messages again.
Manual Opt-in
If the Prospect/Client was manually opted out by a staff in the system, the studio will need to manually opted the individual back in.
1. Navigate to Clients & Prospects.
2. Use the search bar to find the individual.
3. Select the gear icon to the right of their name.
4. Click Update to save your changes.
5. Enable the toggles to the messages they want to receive.
6. Click Update to save your changes.
