Do Not Call Registry – Quick Guide

Purpose

To help you stay compliant with the National Do Not Call Registry by identifying and tagging numbers that are registered with the Do Not Call Registry 

What You Need to Do

1. Purchase the Do Not Call (DNC) Subscription
   • Go to the National DNC Registry https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov
   • Purchase coverage for all U.S. area codes. Partial subscriptions are not supported
2. Submit a Zendesk support ticket ([e-mail]) requesting integration. Include:
   • Your Do not Call Registry - Org ID
   • Your SAN (Subscription Account Number)
   • The expiration date of your DNC subscription
3. We Handle the Rest
   • ClubReady’s Internal team will download and import the new DNC list and update it on the last business day of each month.
     1. All phone numbers found on the DNC list are tagged in CR so that you can make informed decisions regarding contacting that member. For more details, please refer to our Knowledge base article.
     2. On the last business day of every month
        1. All new phone numbers found on the DNC list are tagged.
        2. Any phone numbers no longer on the DNC list are untagged. 
   • If your subscription expires, all tags are removed until it is renewed.

Key Things to Remember

• Renew on Time: You can renew up to 30 days before your subscription ends.
• One-Year Subscription: Your subscription lasts 12 months from your start date.
• All Area Code Subscription Required: Only subscriptions to all area codes are supported by ClubReady at this time.  
• Monthly Updates: We update your DNC list on the last business day of each month. Any new leads or updated phone numbers will be reflected after that monthly refresh.
• No Overlap: If you renew prior to your expiration date, your new subscription starts the day after your current subscription ends with no overlap.
