This video and article will guide you through the steps on how to send a Conversation when using the ClubReady Connect Integration.
Navigate to Connect > Conversations.
The Conversations page displays a list of conversations on the left side of the screen. You can select a conversation from the list or search by name or phone number.
Once a conversation is selected, use the chat box labeled “Write your message” to manually enter a response, or click the “Respond with Template” button to select a saved conversation template.
You can also click the paper clip icon to attach files or the smiley face icon to add emojis to your message.
NOTE: Conversation templates must already be generated in the Manage Templates tab for them to populate as an option on this page.
