This article provides an overview of the Connect tags available when creating message templates or sending SMS messages. Connect tags are system-defined and automatically populate with relevant information. These tags are available in both the Campaign and Conversation pages.
Please Note: Custom tags cannot be created, and studios do not have the ability to add or modify available tags.
Available Tags:
First Name: The prospect’s or customer’s first name
Last Name: The prospect’s or customer’s last name
Address: The studio’s address
Company: The studio’s name
Date: The booking date
Time: The booking time
Appointment Name: The name of the service or class the user is booked for in ClubReady
(Only available when creating a Class or Service Reminder and Follow-Up template)
Phone Number: The prospect’s or customer’s phone number
Staff Name: The name of the staff member (first name) who is currently logged in and composing the message.
